P3 Leadership
Started by five pastor friends in Texas who wanted to leverage their churches to send out gospel-centered church plants. Our desire is to create an organization that is focused on providing local churches with the tools and resources necessary to send out church planting teams. We are Texas Based and have a vision to remain regional in scope. However, we would love to extend our "open source" mentality to churches and collectives in other states to establish something similar near them!

Matt Prine

Matt is a hardcore Texas boy, born in Fort Worth, grew up outside of Houston, and came to faith in Galveston while attending Texas A&M University at Galveston. Soon after graduating from A&M, Matt began seminary at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and started serving as the college pastor at a church outside of Houston. During his five years at that first church, the Lord put a burden on Matt’s heart for church planting through getting to watch others plant and pastor churches. This burden would take years to season and develop. In his journey towards planting, Matt joined staff at a church plant, also in the Houston area, serving as their associate pastor for over 7 years. For the past five years, Matt has served as a pastor at Restoration Church Bryan, and in the last two years, has served as a mobilizer and equipper helping other church planters to prepare for their planting journey. Matt and Cammy have been married since 2008 and have five children: Jude, Jace, Jackson, Evangeline, and Jasper. Matt loves manual labor and spends most of his spare time, working the Prine family property, building something, or raising poultry - using redneck hippie methods.

Jonathan Brooks

Jonathan has been the beneficiary of faithful local churches and steadfast pastors and ministry leaders from early childhood to present day. Now, after more than two decades of full-time work in pastoral ministry, half of this time as Lead Pastor of Restoration Church Bryan, Jonathan's passion is to see a multiplying movement of healthy, biblically-rooted, Christ-centered local churches. His heart is to see an up and coming generation of new pastors whose character and identity is rooted in Christ, men who have been equipped and commissioned under the shepherding care of local church leadership. Jonathan's primary roles at Restoration Church Bryan are preaching, leadership development, discipleship, and keeping the vision in front of the church. In 2022, Jonathan wrote Christ Rhythms, an 8 week discipleship primer for new believers. In 2024, Jonathan wrote The Hard Words of Christ, a discipleship resource for those wrestling to make sense of some of the more difficult teachings of Jesus. A graduate of Texas A&M University (2002) and Dallas Theological Seminary (2009), Jonathan resides in Bryan, TX with his bride Stephani, and their five children. In their free time, the Brooks enjoy fitness, basketball, reading, road trips, and (way too many) Legos.
